MOCK BAR
The practicals in restaurant enables the students to learn various aspects of Food & Beverage. The mock bar is a part of F & B services and presentation. They are introduced to the world of Mocktails, Cocktails, Wine and different service methods.
MULTIMEDIA
The Multimedia center possesses all modern equipment. It is used on special occasions when illustration though multimedia is required. In the near future this center is going to be equipped with video conferencing facility.
CAFETERIA
Two separate cafeterias, one for the staff and the other for the students, are located in the main building providing quality snacks and food items from dawn to dusk. Each possess a total seating capacity of about 100 at a time. Self-vending machine is also being installed for the students and staff members.
